Well its all back to normal now with the Voting for the Peoples Projects now closed.

Veterans woodcraft would like to say a massive thank you to all our supporters and all of those who have voted for us. now the waiting starts we hopefully will hear the results on Thursday 18 April so watch this space.

Veterans woodcraft was Set-up by a group of veterans, we at  Veterans Woodcraft deliver woodcraft courses to help veterans who have been physically and mentally affected by their military service. By working with wood, we help them rebuild their lives, grow in confidence and develop their resilience to help them recover and lead active, fulfilling lives.

Hopefully many of our veterans will go on to secure employment after receiving some training and confidence building from us and each other.

Veterans woodcraft also help the local communities in which we live, we also travel out into the community and deliver training at a location that is suitable for the customer.

Currently we are involved in a few projects in the area, including the notice board at cap centre roundabout, The new Cross for St Aidens church, the refitting of deck and storage for a boat, and are in the process of completing some Alter rails for another church on the garrison.

We also work with other civilian groups and have had some younger members of the community at our workshop in Richmond.
