Tunstall Tiger Project was officially opened at 3 PM by Rishi Sunak MP for Richmond and Veteran Tom Hunter.
Veterans Woodcraft were asked if we could provide some support, to the Tunstall project by initially building a Hide and a bridge to the hide.
Along with a few other veterans. Veterans woodcraft including Tom managed to succeed in building not one, but two bridges giving access to the island for wheelchair users and children alike. Also included in the buildings was a small seated area, where stories can be read to children. A peaceful bird watching hide, that many a twitcher will enjoy.
Signs for the whole Garden and finally an Oak bench were installed.
The Tunstall community managed to raise funds to deliver this project,, and would like to thank all those involved in making the vision a reality.
Paul, the driving force behind the garden emphasized. This is not a park but a wild flower, and orchard garden. Where any member of the community can come and take some time out and relax. Great things have been achieved, especially when we all work together.
